UPGroup Asia and Vietnam Exhibition Center Sign MICE Partnership MoU

Vietnam, July 30, 2026 — UPGroup Asia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), establishing a strategic partnership to support the delivery of large-scale events and exhibitions in Vietnam and across the region.

Clarence Chang, UPGroup Asia’s Head of Regional Venues and Partnerships, formalised the agreement on behalf of the company, joined by Chi Nguyen, the Group’s Business Development Manager for Vietnam.

Uniting 14 domestic and international strategic partners, the MoU marks a major step forward in shaping a premier MICE destination at VEC. This collaborative network brings together best-in-class industry providers to elevate how large-scale conventions and trade shows are planned, produced, and executed in the region. 

Through the partnership, UPGroup Asia will support VEC in bringing international-scale events to the venue. Leveraging its end-to-end event expertise, the company will contribute to the planning and production of programmes hosted at VEC while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality event experience.

Alongside VEC and its newly assembled partner network, UPGroup Asia will help drive the long-term growth of Southeast Asia's event industry through higher production standards and seamless international collaborations anchored by VEC's core motto, "Strategic Cooperation – Setting Standards – Leading the Future."
