The layout is pillarless, which means the floor plan starts as a blank canvas, open to any seating arrangement, staging plan or production format.

What that canvas has held tells you what it can do. Convention meetings, international conferences, exhibitions, symposiums, automotive launches, gala dinners, concerts, weddings, fashion shows, comedy performances and large social celebrations have all run here. Some events have filled the room with more than 120 banquet tables. Concerts have brought in full audiences of 5,000. The ballroom can even take a vehicle display, which makes it a natural fit for automotive and product launches.

For production teams, the details matter more than the dimensions. Multiple heavy-duty rigging points support complex lighting, staging and audiovisual installations, and the three interconnected sections give planners real control over how the room divides and scales as the programme changes through the day.

The ballroom and convention facilities sit on the 12th floor, connected directly to a parking facility with space for more than 1,000 vehicles. Multiple passenger elevators and access through Central Park Mall keep guest arrivals and departures moving.

Back of house, dedicated loading and unloading areas, access ramps, two vehicle elevators and supplier routes let production teams bring equipment in and out efficiently. Professional in-house audiovisual support is available on site.

The banquet team covers the full range of event formats: coffee breaks, buffets, set menus, cocktail receptions, canapés and live culinary stations, with menus drawing on local, Asian and international cuisines and adaptable to dietary requirements and guest preferences. The kitchen has delivered set-menu dining for more than 1,000 guests at a time, holding consistency across the room at full scale.

RASA by Collage brings a modern interpretation to Indonesian cuisine.
